Exceptions — Corrupted or Inaccessible Files
If you receive a corrupted file or cannot access the download link, contact support within 7 days with your order ID and a description of the problem. We will provide a replacement file or corrected download link at no additional cost.
Duplicate Payments
If duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
